PepiMed’s services and merchant payment setup have not yet been verified for FSA/HSA transactions. Card acceptance and reimbursement are not guaranteed. Do not assume this $897 purchase is a qualifying expense.
Provider-led care program
The proposed $299-per-month program includes a licensed provider consultation, medically appropriate treatment and follow-up care, according to the final approved service agreement. The initial three-month package is $897.
Provider onboarding and final service terms are not yet verified. No clinical care is currently available through this website. Treatment decisions belong only to appropriately licensed healthcare professionals; medical services will be billed separately from nonmedical wellness benefits.

Medical Documentation
When appropriate, medical-necessity documentation must be issued and managed by an authorized provider through a provider-controlled healthcare workflow. Documentation is not available from this website while verification is pending.

Clinical portal integration is pending legal, provider and security verification. Do not upload or send medical records through this website. HIPAA applicability, required agreements and state privacy protections must be confirmed first.
Itemized Receipts
Medical expense receipt issuance is not yet available. Receipts must use actual service descriptions, dates, provider information and amounts, with verified eligible and noneligible charges separated. A payment confirmation alone does not establish eligibility.
FSA/HSA Checkout

Billing Disclosure
